North Sea Crude-Forties weaker as Shell offers weigh

LONDON, April 27 (Reuters) -

* Forties differentials weakened on Wednesday, pressured by lower offers of cargoes by Shell (LSE: RDSB.L - news) .

* Shell has a large position in May-loading Forties and holds 10 or more of the month's 23 cargoes, a trader with another firm estimated.

* No VLCCs are due to load Forties to sail for Asia so far this month. Two tankers are booked to make the voyage in May, according to Reuters shipping data, although these may not turn into actual shipments.

WINDOW SUMMARY

* Shell offered two Forties cargoes. One loading on May 19-21 was offered at dated Brent minus 75 cents, 20 cents lower than a deal on Tuesday. Another loading on May 12-14 was offered at dated minus 65 cents. The offers were withdrawn at the end of the session.
