NORWAY GAS-Maintenance cuts gas supplies to Britain
* Norway's total gas flows at 268 mcm/day
* Langeled flows drop to 17 mcm/day
OSLO, April 24 (Reuters) - Norway's gas exports fell on
Thursday from the previous day as a field maintenance cut
deliveries to Britain, data from gas system operator Gassco
showed.
Flows through the Langeled pipeline, UK's main subsea gas
import route, were running at 17 million cubic metres (mcm) per
day, down from an average of 32 mcm the previous day.
Traders said the drop was related to maintenance of a gas
field on the Norwegian continental shelf.
Gassco has said the preparations for a new well were
expected to reduce gas output by 11 mcm per day until Friday
evening.
