AIM Rule 17 Further director details

Further to the announcement dated 27 January 2012, the Board of Patsystems announces the following information pursuant to AIM Rule 17, in respect of the appointment of Aram Hoare (age 38), Keith Grehan (age 34) and Conor Clinch (age 33) (the "New Directors"), as directors of the Company, and representatives of Pattington Limited.

In addition to Patsystems, the New Directors are directors of Pattington Limited and other members of the ION group and its affiliates. The Company has also been notified that Keith Grehan held directorships within the previous five years with Lester Promotions Limited and Grehan Printers Limited.

Save (Milan: SAVE.MI - news) as disclosed, the Company has not been notified of any further information which needs to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
