Board Changes
Further to the announcement dated 26 January 2012 by Pattington Limited ("Pattington") that its recommended cash offer for Patsystems has been declared wholly unconditional in all respects, the Board of Patsystems announces that Richard Last, Stewart Douglas-Mann and John Priestley have resigned as directors of the Company with immediate effect.
In addition, the following individuals, Aram Hoare, Keith Grehan and Conor Clinch have been appointed as directors, as representatives of Pattington. Further details will be provided in due course.
