The Company received a notification on 9^th February 2012 from Blackrock Investment Management stating that, following a disposal of 21,954,364 ordinary shares on 8^th February 2012, Blackrock Investment Management exercises voting rights over 68,801,456 ordinary shares which represents 2.90% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,369,605,049ordinary shares.
