NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2015) - Physio Logic -- family-owned Brooklyn Pilates, physical medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation center -- has merged its facilities and moved to a sprawling new location on the second floor at 409 Fulton St. The Fulton St. location is a one-stop wellness center specializing in pain management, sports medicine, physical therapy, chiropractic, clinical nutrition, acupuncture and medical massage, with a full-service Pilates studio offering private Pilates classes and workshops, as well as private massage therapy and the Gyrotonic Expansion System®. The studio also serves as the BASI Pilates teacher training center of New York City.
Dr. Rudy Gehrman, NYC chiropractor and clinic director, and his wife Lynda Salerno Gehrman, Pilates studio director, had dreamed of someday acquiring a space where the separate entities of clinic and studio would operate side by side and work in collaboration. The new location features more than 6000 sq. ft. of space, high ceilings and innovative design. The space boasts 360-degree views of Brooklyn. The facility incorporates the clinic and Pilates studio with state-of-the-art rehabilitation and medical equipment, as well as a robust studio space.
Physio Logic's medical providers, wellness professionals and staff are excited about the move. Medical providers, physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, clinical nutritionists and Pilates instructors, will all be in the same building, allowing the team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation, preventative care, health maintenance and education.
