Sub: Audited financial Results for the Year ended 31^st March, 2012 and to recommend payment of dividend.

In terms of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement entered with the Stock Exchanges, the Company opts to submit audited financial results for the entire financial year, and accordingly wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 25, 2012, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2012, and to recommend payment of dividend on equity shares, if any.
