Change of Management at T1Ps Investment Management Limited

The Board of Rivington Street Holdings announces that, with effect from 10 February 2012, Rupert Cottrell will step down as Non-executive Chairman of T1Ps Investment Management Limited ("TIM"), a wholly subsidiary of Rivington based in the Isle of Man (Other OTC: MAGOF.PK - news) . Denham Eke, currently a Non-executive Director of Rivington, has joined the board of TIM on an interim basis until a full time replacement for Rupert Cottrell can be appointed. The Board thanks Rupert for his contribution to the TIM business.
