MOSCOW, Oct (HKSE: 3366-OL.HK - news) 5 (Reuters) - Russia's second-largest oil producer Lukoil (Other OTC: LUKOF - news) said on Monday it had raised $250 million of financing for a period of five years from Alfa Bank, one of the country's largest private lenders.
