Russia's Sakhalin-2 expects insignificant impact on LNG exports from glitch

MOSCOW, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Sakhalin-2, Russia's sole liquefied natural gas (LNG) production plant, expects an "insignificant impact" on LNG exports due to a technical fault, which occurred on Jan. 26, a spokeswoman for the company told Reuters on Friday.

She (Munich: SOQ.MU - news) declined to comment on estimated cuts in production and exports, saying the company was trying to minimise the impact of the fault on LNG exports. (Reporting by Vladimir Soldatkin; Editing by Lidia Kelly)
