Shell announces six-part US dollar bond

NEW YORK, May 6 (IFR) - Oil major Shell (LSE: RDSB.L - news) announced on Wednesday a six-part US dollar denominated bond with maturities of between five and 30 years.

The bonds will be guaranteed by Royal Dutch Shell (Xetra: R6C1.DE - news) and the bookrunners are Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) , HSBC and Morgan Stanley (Xetra: 885836 - news) . (Reporting by IFR; Editing by Natalie Harrison and Marc Carnegie)
