Shell restarting unit at Scotford upgrader facility - community line
May 5 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell (Xetra: R6C1.DE - news) is restarting an unspecified unit at its 255,000-barrel-per-day Scotford oil sands upgrader near Edmonton, Alberta, it said in a message posted on a community information line on Monday.
