LONDON, Oct (HKSE: 3366-OL.HK - news) 14 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell (LSE: 0LN9.L - news) has not shut down any hydrocracking units at its 140,000 barrel per day (bpd) Rheinland refinery in Wesseling, Germany, a company spokeswoman said on Friday.
Genscape reported on Thursday and Friday that a 38,000 bpd hydrocracker was shut down, underpinning the diesel crack as the unit transforms heavy gasoil into diesel and jet fuel. (Reporting by Julia Payne; editing by Susan Thomas)
