Confirmation of proposed Final Ordinary Dividend for the year ended 30 September 2011

William Sinclair Holdings plc wishes to confirm that the proposed Final Ordinary Dividend for the year ended 30 September 2011 is 4.4 pence per ordinary share giving a total for the year of 6.2 pence. The Final Ordinary Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting on 24 February 2012, will be paid on 15 March 2012 to ordinary shareholders whose names are on the register on 17 February 2012.
