Block Listing of Shares

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange (LSE: LSE.L - news) for a block listing of 129,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the SThree (Berlin: S8T.BE - news) plc. These shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations under the SThree Executive Share Option Scheme. Participants in the SThree Executive Share Option Scheme will become entitled to these shares following the exercise of the share options. When issued, these shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
