STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-Numericable debt issuance lifts shares

Shares in Numericable rise 7 percent after the cable group increases its high-yield bond issue to finance the purchase of mobile operator SFR to 7.9 billion euros from 6.04 billion amid high demand.

"It's a good transaction, with an attractive yield and maturity," one London-based analyst says.

According to Thomson Reuters (Frankfurt: TOC.F - news) ' IFR, demand reached 50 billion euros for the debt issue.
