Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Cosan SA is
creating two new units, Cosan Logistica and Cosan Energia, and
both will be listed on the local Bovespa stock index,
according to a securities filing on Monday.
Cosan Energia will be responsible for investments in Raizen,
a joint venture between Cosan (NYSE: CZZ - news) and Royal Dutch Shell Plc (Xetra: R6C1.DE - news)
, the filing said.
