    Share Purchase by a Director

    TelecityGroup announces that Michael Tobin, its Chief Executive Officer, yesterday purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 756.67 pence per Share.

    Following this purchase, Mr Tobin has an interest in a total of 611,500 Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
