Voting Rights and Capital
As at 30 April 2012 TR Property Investment Trust plc's capital consists of 256,225,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each and 124,222,000 Sigma shares of 12.5p each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in TR Property Investment Trust plc is 380,447,000.
The above figure (380,447,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TR Property Investment Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Shareholders are reminded that on a poll vote, the total number of votes cast is calculated according to the NAV per Ordinary share and the NAV per Sigma share.
