The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") announces that on 20 April 2012, the following awards in respect of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") were made (by way of nil cost option) under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan to the persons named below.

The awards will normally vest, in whole or in part, on 20 April 2015, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions.
