UK's Rough gas storage withdrawal capacity to be reduced by 6 mcm/d
SINGAPORE, April 17 (Reuters) - Britain's Rough natural gas storage facility will have its withdrawal capacity reduced by six million cubic metres (mcm) per day between 1000 and 1600 local time on Friday, operator Centrica (LSE: CNA.L - news) said.
The operator said in a regulatory notice that the reduction was due to a "pig run", in which cleaning devices are put into pipelines for maintenance. (Reporting by Henning Gloystein; Editing by Michael Perry)
