UK's Teesside PX gas terminal sees lower flows on offshore output drop

April 28 (Reuters) - PX Ltd, which operates Britain's Teesside gas processing plant, said that supplies into the UK transmission network were running at slightly reduced levels on Tuesday because of lower output from offshore fields.

Gas flows from PX's Teesside plant into the UK grid fell below 12 million cubic metres (mcm) per day on Tuesday morning from about 13 mcm overnight, data from National Grid (LSE: NG.L - news) showed.

"We are running at slightly lower throughput levels today due to reduced production rates offshore. We have no plant issues," a spokesman said. (Reporting by Oleg Vukmanovic in Milan; Editing by David Goodman)
