(Adds inspection finish date)

"We're hoping to start inspections next week. This could restrict flows," a spokesman said.
"Inspection is expected to end by Dec. 4, as planned," he added.
The gas network operator were due to send pipeline inspection gauges, known as PIGS, down the pipelines for planned inspections starting on Nov. 4. [ID:nLC403951]
