Application for Block Listing
The Company announces that further to its application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange (LSE: LSE.L - news) for a block listing of 1,335,605 ordinary shares of 10p each;
835,605 ordinary shares are in relation to the Company's Executive Bonus Matching Scheme.
500,0000 ordinary shares are in relation to the Company's Savings Related Share Option Plan.
The shares are to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
