SANTIAGO, May 23 (Reuters) - Workers at BHP Billiton (NYSE: BBL - news) 's Spence mine in northern Chile (Stuttgart: 704599.SG - news) went on a 24-strike on Monday due to a contractual dispute, a union official told Reuters.
