The Issuer hereby gives notice that it has agreed with the Securityholder to purchase EUR 2,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Securities pursuant to Condition 9 (Purchase) of the Securities, such purchase to be effective as from 3^rd February 2012 (the Repurchase Date) thereby reducing the aggregate principal amount of the Securities to EUR 5,415,000.

EUR 5,415,000 remain listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
