Yahoo Posts $22m Loss For The Second Quarter

Yahoo (NasdaqGS: YHOO - news) has reported a net loss of $22m (£14.1m) for the second quarter of 2015.

However, revenue at the Internet company has grown by 15% compared to the same period last year, hitting $1.2bn (£800m).

Its CEO, Marissa Mayer, said she was "extremely pleased" with the result, as it showed substantial growth in Yahoo's advertising business and mobile services.
