If you still can’t stop thinking about Rihanna’s Super Bowl performance, you may remember that the artist and business mogul had a cheeky moment when she pulled out a Fenty compact. Not surprisingly, Google searches for the beauty brand shot up over 800% post-performance. If you were one of those people rapidly adding Fenty products to your online cart, there’s one product you may have missed.
In late 2022, Fenty Skin launched an intense lip mask to combat dry winter lips. “So this is a lip mask, but you can put this on all day long. I put this on all day long,” Rihanna said in a video on IG just a few days before she hit the stage. Of course, shortly after, it sold out. But now, lucky for us, it’s finally back in stock.
It’s called the Plush Puddin’ Intensive Recovery Lip Mask, and it contains coconut and castor oils, pomegranate sterols and a pomegranate and jojoba oil complex. It also has a light vanilla scent, and, like the name suggests, its thick texture is like pudding. More exciting, however, is that the brand claims your lips will look firmer, smoother and bouncier in as little as one week of using it. The airless pump container is also a win — it’s more sanitary than dipping your fingers into a pot of balm.
So far, people really like the lip mask, too. “I’ve used the Laneige lip mask for years and have tried other competitors, but that one was always still my favorite. However, this one is the new winner!” wrote one Sephora shopper in the reviews. “I will definitely be repurchasing when I run out, though it seems like that will take forever, which is another plus!”
Like RiRi said, you can use this mask all day long if you want. It has a sheen that makes your lips look juicy right away. However, you could also save it for nighttime and use Fenty Skin’s Cherry Treat Strengthening + Conditioning Lip Oil during the day if you like a lot of shine.
The Plush Puddin’ Lip Mask was previously sold out at Sephora, but now it’s back. However, if history repeats itself, that doesn’t mean that it’s going to be available for long. If winter has your lips look extra cracked and dry, it’s worth ordering before the first day of spring.
