U.S. Rep. Austin Scott of Georgia has tested positive for COVID-19, making him the third Georgia congressman to contract the virus. Scott's chief of staff Jason Lawrence confirmed the positive test result in a statement on Monday and said the Republican is “following guidance from the House Attending Physician as well as his personal physician.” Scott represents Georgia's 8th District, which stretches through the interior of south Georgia.

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited (TSE:4502/NYSE:TAK) ("Takeda") today announced the completion of its previously-announced sale of a portfolio of select products to Celltrion Inc. ("Celltrion") for a total value of $278 million USD inclusive of milestone payments. The portfolio includes 18 pharmaceutical products and over-the-counter (OTC) products sold in Asia Pacific, which is part of Takeda’s Growth & Emerging Markets Business Unit. This divestment agreement was first announced in June 2020.
Celltrion completed an acquisition of Primary Care (PC) Product Assets for Asia Pacific Markets from Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited.

Diamond S Shipping Inc. (NYSE: DSSI) ("Diamond S" or the "Company") announced the receipt of an incident report involving a kidnapping on one of its product tanker vessels, the Agisilaos, as it was approaching the port of Lome, Togo on November 29, 2020. The vessel is managed and crewed by Capital Ship Management Corp. (‘Capital’) who informed Diamond S about the kidnapping of four crew members. The Company confirms that there were 22 seafarers aboard when the attack occurred. There have been no reports of injuries at this time. All appropriate authorities have been notified and Diamond S is fully supporting Capital as they respond to this situation. Diamond S will not comment further on these operational issues to avoid potentially jeopardizing the safety of the crew members being held or prolonging their stay in captivity.
Houston Texans receiver Will Fuller says he’s been suspended for six games for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs. Fuller announced the suspension on Instagram on Monday, saying that the suspension was from a medication he was prescribed that he believed to be permitted, but that was banned under the league’s policy. “I want to sincerely apologize to the Texans organization and all of my fans for this mistake,” he wrote on Instagram.
(Bloomberg) -- Cohen Private Ventures, which invests the personal capital of hedge fund billionaire Steve Cohen, is teaming with Dan Sundheim’s D1 Capital Partners and sports card collector Nat Turner to take collectibles-grading company Collectors Universe Inc. private for about $700 million.The deal represents a 3.7% premium to Friday’s closing price of $72.55. Shares of the Santa Ana, California-based company have more than tripled this year as consumers dedicate more time to hobbies like collecting during quarantine and lockdowns. Collectors Universe provides authentication and grading services to buyers and sellers of memorabilia, including sports cards, coins and vintage autographs.“Collecting sports cards and connecting with like-minded hobbyists has been a lifelong passion,” Turner said in a statement Monday. The investors “are committed to bringing the resources and expertise necessary to expand the company’s operational capacity and technological capabilities.”Turner co-founded Flatiron Health Inc., which was sold to Roche Holding AG in 2018, and advertising technology platform Invite Media, which Google bought in 2010.Cohen Private Ventures makes long-term, primarily direct investments on behalf of Cohen and his family. Cohen, owner of investment adviser Point72 Asset Management and, more recently, the New York Mets, is worth $10.1 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.The deal will be completed through a cash offer and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, Collectors Universe said Monday in a filing.
