Apple’s Mac Sales Were Flat Last Quarter as Global PC Sales Rose

The global PC market has been on the decline for the past several years as smartphones have continued to come up with many PC-like features. Gartner said global PC shipments grew 1.4% compared to the same quarter last year, reaching 62.1 million units. According to Gartner, this growth was driven by business demand, which it thinks will weaken in two years.
