Can Oracle Sustain Operating Margin Growth?

Oracle (ORCL) reported a non-GAAP operating margin of 41% in the first quarter of fiscal 2019, which was flat YoY (year-over-year). Despite its declining revenue growth, Oracle was successful in maintaining its operating margin above 40% in the last five quarters.
