The free aqKWa Savings Engine will give you personalised advice on your water use to help cut down your bill.

Those who’ve used it have saved on average £88 a year, reckons Tim Robertson of Save Water Save Money.

He also advises: “When watering the garden, fill a watering can with rainwater from a water butt to help reduce your fresh usage.”
