Hypertension – Hypertension and high blood pressure have become common because the stress levels in our lives is on a constant rise. Try incorporating meditation in your lives. Start with 15 minutes and once you get used to it, increase it to 30 to 45 minutes a day. Just sit back, detach yourself from all worldly worries and tensions and enjoy the vacuum of mind.
