Sarvangasana

Halasana

Halasana, or Priscus pose, is an advanced asana in kundalini yoga and hatha yoga. It tones internal organs, increases energy, improves lymphatic circulation.

Utthanasana

Utthanasana strengthens the legs and enables the knees' proper movement. Back pain and whiplash can be eased with this pose.

Bharadvaja's Twist-twist

Bharadvaja's Twist-twist is a combination of Bikram Yoga and Hatha Yoga postures. You twist the spine as you rotate your shoulders and hips. Can strengthen the neck, back, shoulders, and even arms and legs.

Matsyasana

Matsyasana or Fish Pose is one of the Bikram yoga classes' two main limbs. It improves posture and allows the body to straighten and stretch.

Trikonasana

Trikonasana asana is the extended forward bend pose of yoga. It is used as detoxification as well as therapeutic postures in remedial practice. Bhujangasana

Bhujangasana is a dynamic reclining forward-facing bend, similar to Surya Namaskar and Vinyasa yoga styles. This yoga pose helps strengthen the lower back and neck, shoulders, hips, and hamstrings.

Ustrasana

Ustrasana, or Camel pose is a versatile back-bending asana which is excellent for toning your body. It stretches the quads, hamstrings, hips, thighs and lower spine. This pose's slow and deep stretching movements are perfect for relieving stress and tension of muscles. It is also an ideal pose to relax the mind.

Pavanamuktasana

Pavanamuktasana, Vatayanasana, or Abdominal stretch is one of the most-effective asanas even in modern yoga. The name comes from two Sanskrit words "Pavan" meaning mildness, and "Mukta" meaning bow.

Tadasana

Tadasana comes from the word tapas, meaning mountain. It helps increase your strength (it improves stability in the abdominal and back muscles), and increases your lung capacity. It also helps to stretch the arms and legs, enhances flexibility, increases your sense of balance, and makes it easier to breathe.
