Like most people, I’ve been living (and working) in sweatshirts, hoodies and tees for over a year now. When the weather started to get nice, I suddenly felt inspired to break out of the fashion funk and start wearing “real” clothes again. Only, I didn’t really have very many nice summer tops that weren’t tanks.
Not wanting to spend a ton of money on shirts that would only work for the warm weather months, I decided to hit up Target, and let me tell you, I hit the jackpot. This slightly oversized linen-blend blouse from A New Day was just what I was looking for. Not too fitted, versatile enough to wear with jeans but also work with slacks and oh yeah, only $20! I went for it and purchased the top in three different colors.

When the blouse first arrived, I was a bit skeptical because it looked really big. But when I put it on? Perfection! It falls just right, doesn’t show off too much and is the perfect balance of dressy enough for work video calls but not too stuffy or fancy. I am obsessed. And if I’m being honest, I’m debating getting the two colors that are still in stock that I didn’t order the first time.
Unsurprisingly, I am not the only shopper who is head over heels for this beautiful, comfortable top. It currently has a 4.9 out of five-star rating at Target, and nearly all of the reviews are positive.
“I’ve been stalking this top online for a while now and finally tried it on during my last trip to Target. I absolutely love it!” one shopper wrote in their review. “The fabric is light and soft. It’s very flattering and can be worn out and half-tucked.”

If you need to update your summer wardrobe but don’t want to spend too much, you won’t regret buying this Target top. It’s one of my faves. I know I’ll be wearing it a ton this season.
