The 2021 Alienware Games offer a grand total of $150K in prizes — here’s how to enter

The 2021 Alienware Games have officially kicked off — but there’s still plenty of time to get your shot at the $150K in prizes the competition is offering.

The tournament is a month-long national online series across four of the most popular games in the world, including League of Legends, Fortnite, Valorant, and Rainbow Six Siege. Entrants rack up points by completing in-game challenges in any, or all, of the aforementioned titles to climb the weekly leaderboards while gaming alongside pros like GhostNinja, BiffleWhiffle, Skittlz, Sigils and more.

Weekly prizes, including gift cards, in-game skins, PCs and laptops, will be awarded to the most skillful players on a weekly basis throughout the tournament, which will last for eight weeks beginning on Aug. 27 and ending on Oct. 7.

Gaming hopefuls may also look to secure one of 32 coveted spots in the Oct. 15 semi-finals, where each qualifying player will receive a free Alienware x15 Gaming Laptop. These elite players will then duke it out for a chance to win the ultimate grand prize of $15,000 cash (and, of course, eternal bragging rights).

To enter, players need to install the BUFF app, which will automatically track in-game events and award points for assists, kills, wins and more in any of the four game titles associated with the tournament.

Participation in The 2021 Alienware Games is restricted to the U.S. only, and you must be age 18+ to participate. Check out the competition’s official rules and regulations here.
