If you're feeling like you're in need of a change/promotion/a pay rise or just a whole different career, it can be stressful knowing where to even start. Well, one place you could look is the list of the best jobs in the UK which is compiled by Glassdoor. The site has published its annual review for 2021, giving an insight into the careers with highest job satisfaction ratings, according to employees.

To formulate the list, the anonymous employee review site take into account how much you could potentially earn in the role, based on a median annual base salary for the position, the job satisfaction rating from current employees and the number of job opportunities for that role available right now.

So, if your job is already on here too then kudos to you, my friend. If it's not, and you’ve been feeling like a change in direction or career and just don’t know where to start, what’s the harm in finding out if any of these top careers suit you?

Although let's note, the word 'manager' comes up a lot, so if that doesn't quite apply to you just yet, the list can be used as a source of inspiration instead.
