Now that it’s October, it’s officially time for fall fashion! Fall is my absolute favorite season when it comes to style because I can finally wear all of my favorite boots, jackets and jeans — which is my perfect formula for any autumnal look.

1. Rails
I first came across Rails when I worked retail in high school and have been a fan ever since. The brand has been around for about 10 years now and is primarily known for its incredible plaid shirts. The material of these shirts is truly what sets them apart — they’re so soft, they almost feel like they’re made with cashmere.
However, the brand does offer more than just plaid shirts. Rails sells everything from tees to dresses to sweaters, and it just recently launched a super chic denim collection. You can shop Rails on the brand’s website and find select pieces at Nordstrom and Revolve.

2. Avec Les Filles
Avec Les Filles, which is French for “with the girls,” is one of my all-time favorite jacket brands. A great jacket is the main ingredient for any fall look, after all! The womenswear brand launched in 2017 and is self-described as “born in LA and inspired by Parisian chic.”
While Avec Les Filles offers a ton of styles for women, including tops, accessories and more, the jackets are the brand’s standout pieces, in my opinion. They have everything from teddy jackets to quilted styles and peacoats, and all of their outwear is under $300, with a ton of styles retailing for less than $190. You can find the brand on its own website as well as at Anthropologie, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s.

3. State Cashmere
What is fall without a few great sweaters? Everyone knows cashmere is one of the coziest materials out there, and State Cashmere has some of the cutest styles. The brand offers styles for both men and women and sells everything from hoodies and cardigans to matched sets as well as scarves, beanies, blankets and more.
The brand prides itself on only using 100% pure cashmere, so that means you won’t find any blends or scraps in its products. Additionally, all of the cashmere is fair trade and cruelty-free. While State Cashmere’s pieces are an investment, they do have some styles for under $100 — and when you can find quality cashmere for $90, that’s a total win. You can shop the brand on its website and on Amazon.
