Nothing hits the spot like a plate of juicy, fall-off-the-bone ribs! A classic barbecue dish, ribs are traditionally seasoned with a dry rub or marinated in sauce, then slow-cooked until they’re mouthwateringly tender. If you’re in the mood for a plate of ribs, look no further than TikTok, where creative home chefs have elevated cooking ribs to an art form. Here are five of the most delicious rib recipes on TikTok.

1. Easy fall-off-the-bone ribs

This rib recipe is easy to make and absolutely delicious! It’s also the perfect recipe for anyone who doesn’t have a grill at home. To make it, start by cutting up a rack of ribs, then squeeze a lemon onto them and season with your favorite spices. Next, cook the ribs in the oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours. Once cooked, brush on your favorite barbecue sauce, then broil the ribs for five minutes on each side.

2. Rib corn dogs

These rib corn dogs take the classic carnival food to the next level! To make these classy corndogs, start by seasoning a rack of ribs, then grill them until they’re cooked through. Then remove them from the grill, coat them in barbecue sauce, and remove the bones. (They should slide out easily!) Slice the ribs, then put a wooden skewer through each rib lengthwise, dip them in corn dog batter, and fry them in oil. Once the batter is golden brown, the rib corn dogs are done!

3. Vegan barbecue ribs

You don’t need to be a meat-eater to enjoy the delicious flavor of barbecued ribs! To make these easy vegan ribs, TikToker @alyssafontainerd mixes together nutritional yeast, onion powder and wheat gluten, then adds a mixture of barbecue sauce, peanut butter, liquid smoke and vegan bouillon cubes. She mixes the wet and dry ingredients until they form a firm ball, then places the dough in a pan, flattens it and slices it into rib-shaped pieces. After baking the ribs for 20 minutes, she coats them in barbecue sauce and grills them.

4. Pickle-glazed ribs

Love pickles? This pickle-glazed rib recipe is for you! To make them, TikToker @groarkboysbbq starts by coating a rack of ribs in mustard, then adds a mix of spices. He grills the ribs for three hours at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, until the ribs are fully cooked. Then he adds a pickle glaze made of a mixture of pickle juice and brown sugar. The finished ribs are sweet, salty and super flavorful!

5. Orange juice and cherry cola-marinated ribs

This rib recipe is all about the marinade! To make it, TikToker @chucksflavortrain marinates a rack of ribs in a mixture of orange juice and cherry cola for three hours, then coats his ribs in spices. Then he grills the ribs until they’re juicy and fully cooked, spritzing them with more cherry cola every 30 minutes for extra juiciness.
