7 kitchen tools that can make sticking with Whole30 easier

If you’re not used to cooking a lot, you probably will be on Whole30. It’s the only way to really know what’s going into your food. However, with these kitchen tools, cooking is easy, and sticking with Whole30 is even easier.

Whole30's goal is to get you to eat only real "whole" foods for 30 days (hence the name) — no processed foods or sugar. The plan also removes grains, legumes, dairy, alcohol, baked goods and sweet treats. The program refers to itself as an "elimination diet" to help you discover the foods that make you feel blah and the ones that make you feel your best.

Online grocery retailer, Thrive Market, has a whole section dedicated to Whole30-compliant foods (and a starter kit) if you’re having trouble identifying what you can and can’t eat while following the plan.

There are also countless cookbooks loaded with Whole30-approved recipes. You can check out the basics in “The Whole30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom,” a book written by the program’s founder, Melissa Hartwig Urban. If you’re tight on time, check out books for fast and easy Whole30 recipes or Whole30 meal prep,

Still, even with an understanding of the rules, if you need help in the kitchen, these kitchen tools can help you make your Whole30 meals. And with the right tools, you can do anything.
