Acorio To Speak on Strategy, Roadmaps, and Insight Data at ServiceNow Knowledge 2021

·3-min read

As ServiceNow usage grows on its path to being the platform of platforms, Acorio will provide guidance and data to its user community at annual conference

Against the backdrop of sustained growth, ServiceNow kicks off Knowledge 2021 this week, which will include three presentations from Acorio, an NTT DATA company and the largest pure-play ServiceNow Consultancy. In its third annual ServiceNow Insight and Vision survey, Acorio found that the companies implementing four or more ServiceNow products tripled year-over-year from the 2020 to 2021 study. Those implementing three or more nearly doubled in the same time span and more than 85 percent of companies using ServiceNow reported implementations of two or more ServiceNow products, as the company strives to be, in the words of ServiceNow CEO, Bill McDermott, the platform of platforms.

"Knowledge has become an annual celebration of ServiceNow’s success as a transcendent enterprise software platform," Ellen Daley, Senior Vice President, NTT DATA Services, said. The company continues to grow in the way of digital transformation efforts which, according to our survey, accelerated in 2020 due to COVID-19 and surpassed service management as the top business technology priority for companies. Acorio is honored to play a role in the event, which promises to reveal more of ServiceNow’s roadmap and how it plans to reach the lofty but achievable goal that Bill McDermott has set for it."

The digital event begins on May 11. Acorio will have three presentations at next week’s event, two of them on demand and one live question and answer session:

  • ServiceNow strategy: 5 keys to future-proofing your 2021 roadmap. Adam Mason, Vice President, Solutions and Innovation and Marci Parker, Vice President of Client Delivery, Acorio, will share best practices for finding success today and in the uncertain future. With nearly a decade's experience focused exclusively on ServiceNow projects, Acorio has had clients build ServiceNow roadmaps that expand beyond IT to serve as transformation catalysts that cross the enterprise. Partnering with Fortune 500 firms across industries, the company has led over 900 implementations. Adam and Marci will share the five keys to building a successful ServiceNow roadmap in the current pandemic climate and beyond.

  • Global premier: 3rd annual state of ServiceNow transformation (new original data). Meghan Lockwood, Vice President of Strategic Marketing, and Josh Scott, Vice President, Industry Solutions and Operations will bring Acorio’s groundbreaking original research to the Knowledge stage. With data from the only comprehensive ServiceNow adoption survey, this presentation will preview all-new research providing industry benchmarks on the tactics, priorities, and budgets shared by over 200 ServiceNow platform owners and executives.
