As ServiceNow usage grows on its path to being the platform of platforms, Acorio will provide guidance and data to its user community at annual conference
Against the backdrop of sustained growth, ServiceNow kicks off Knowledge 2021 this week, which will include three presentations from Acorio, an NTT DATA company and the largest pure-play ServiceNow Consultancy. In its third annual ServiceNow Insight and Vision survey, Acorio found that the companies implementing four or more ServiceNow products tripled year-over-year from the 2020 to 2021 study. Those implementing three or more nearly doubled in the same time span and more than 85 percent of companies using ServiceNow reported implementations of two or more ServiceNow products, as the company strives to be, in the words of ServiceNow CEO, Bill McDermott, the platform of platforms.
