As brands continue to adjust inventory and production in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, face coverings have taken precedence over basic goods and services. Despite states introducing protocols for reopening, wearing a cloth face covering while out in public is still recommended by the CDC. Sportswear giant Adidas recently debuted their own collection of covers and the first drop quickly sold out. Thankfully, they’ve just restocked and we recommend purchasing a set before they run out for a second time.

Manufactured with at least 40% recycled, breathable material, the covers arrive in a pack of three and are one size fits all. Additional highlights include flexible material and stretch bands around the ears to provide coverage, comfort and ease of use.

A portion of proceeds from the coverings are also headed to a great cause. Adidas vows to donate $2 from every pack sold to Save the Children’s Global Coronavirus Response Fund, a non-profit dedicated to transforming the lives of adolescents by any means necessary.

While the masks allow for breathability, Adidas warns that it’s not a medical device and recommend that healthcare professionals not use this product in a healthcare/clinical environment. A cover will not protect you from getting virus, although the CDC recommends that coverings help prevent the virus from spreading if you’re in a public space.

“CDC is additionally advising the use of simple cloth face coverings to slow the spread of the virus and help people who may have the virus and do not know it from transmitting it to others.”

Priced at $16 for a package of three, we linked the popular face coverings below in black and blue. Grab your own set before they sell out (again).
