This TikTok parent shared the moment her toddler walked into daycare all by herself for the first time and it’s so adorable!
Sarah DiMuccio (@sarahdimuccio) is a TikToker and mom who shares sweet videos about everything from how she met her husband to what life is like with her adorable toddler, Nora. In a recent video, Sarah shared sweet footage of Nora completing a major milestone: She walked into daycare all by herself for the very first time!

The adorable video starts with a shot of the exterior of Nora’s daycare. Sarah’s husband stands in the doorway wearing a puffy black down jacket. He bends down to steady Nora, who is wearing blue jeans and a backpack almost as big as she is. A caption reads, “My little girl walking into daycare all by herself for the first time.”
The song “Bundle of Joy” from the Pixar movie Inside Out plays as Sarah’s husband gently lets go of Nora. Immediately, the toddler begins toddling into the daycare center. Her pigtails swinging, the toddler walks confidently, if someone unsteadily, into the building.
Inside, Nora’s teachers stand in a line, waiting for the toddler to enter the building. They wave and cheer as Nora approaches them. As Nora gets closer, several teachers begin to dance. They appear even more excited than the toddler!

When Nora reaches the threshold into the interior of the building, one of Nora’s teachers bends down and reaches out her arms to the toddler. Nora speeds up, and runs into the teacher’s outstretched arms, giving her a big hug.
The video ends with Nora’s teachers applauding as the doors to the daycare begin to close.
Viewers couldn’t get enough of the adorable toddler’s walk into the daycare center!
“The way the caregivers were cheering her on!” one viewer wrote.
“Her backpack! She’s so cute I [might] cry,” another TikToker commented.
“I work in childcare and seeing this makes me so happy,” one childcare worker wrote.
Though Nora might not remember her first walk into daycare a few years from now, her parents will certainly treasure the memory for years to come!
