American Horror Story's Cody Fern and The Flash actor Keiynan Lonsdale have a new show coming out.

Eden is a mystery drama set to stream on Stan in Australia, where a young woman's disappearance in a coastal town triggers a series of events which "lays bare the dark and hidden heart of the community".

The show has been created in collaboration with Skins' Bryan Elsley, and has an all-female writing team led by Highway's Vanessa Gazy.

Stargirl's Christopher James Baker and Dancing with the Stars Australia winner Samuel Johnson are also part of the young cast, which includes Australian newcomers BeBe Bettencourt and Sophie Wilde.

Elsewhere on Lonsdale's agenda, he has an upcoming role in Starz's Step Up season 3, taking over from Petrice Jones as Tal.

The show is inspired by the movie franchise of the same name – featuring the likes of Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan and Rachel Griffiths – and follows the action at High Water, a cutthroat performing arts school in Atlanta.

Lonsdale is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Kid Flash/Wally West in The CW's superhero title – a character he reprised in Legends of Tomorrow too.

Eden will air on streaming service Stan in Australia, while there's no international release details confirmed yet.
