OSLO, June 4 (Reuters) - Oil firm Aker BP has drilled a dry well in the North Sea, the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate said on Tuesday.
The well was drilled some 15 km (9 miles) away from the Gina Krog field and some 225 km off the Norwegian coast. Operator Aker BP owns a 40% stake in the well, while partner Hungary's MOL has 30% and Austria's OMV holds the remaining 30%.
