Aldi launches stylish garden bar for summer
Budget supermarket Aldi has launched a stylish garden bar, just in time for balmy summer get-togethers.
The Rattan Effect Garden Bar (£199), which will be available to buy online only from Sunday, 9 May, boasts a grey wicker finish, stylish fittings and a black printed tempered glass top — perfect for popping those drinks on.
As well as the must-have bar, shoppers can also snap up a copper coloured Drinks Trug (£19.99), which can be filled with ice to chill multiple bottles at once, plus a gorgeous grey rattan sofa (£269.95) for lounging on. Other garden special buys to keep an open for include gold citronella candle lanterns (£12.99) and a slate planter (£14.99), ideal for showing off pretty blooms.
'Aldi's new range has everything shoppers need to create the ultimate at-home-bar this summer - just in time to celebrate the further easing of restrictions on 17 May, which will enable Brits to host up to 30 people in their gardens,' the German supermarket explains.
A smart addition to any outdoor space, garden bars are trending this summer. In fact, Habitat recently launched a must-have boho Tiki beach bar, while Etsy said they had seen a 3,632 per cent increase in shoppers looking for outdoor bars and accessories in the last three months.
As with many of their specialbuys, you'll have to be quick to avoid disappointment. We're certain the new garden range won't be around for long...
