SAN RAMON, Calif. (AP) _ ARC Document Solutions Inc. (ARC) on Monday reported first-quarter earnings of $592,000.

On a per-share basis, the San Ramon, California-based company said it had net income of 1 cent.

The provider of document services to businesses posted revenue of $97.1 million in the period.

ARC Document Solutions expects full-year earnings in the range of 17 cents to 22 cents per share.

In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit $2.37. A year ago, they were trading at $2.20.
