At this point, it's just a given that our faces are going to be in a permanent state of meltdown thanks to masks.

Those health-protecting, life-saving pieces of fabric have so much going for them, of course, but of course, there's a lot of heavy lifting to be done by our skincare when that mask comes off at home.

Queen of realness Ashley Graham shared her own post-mask selfie this week - and, of course, the fans went wild.

In the shot, which is post-workout and with zero makeup, Graham's natural skin is fully on show, giving us a super reassuring insight into the fact that even world-famous supermodels have pores, texture and multi-toned skin.

The past 12 months has seen an influx of zero makeup and no-filter selfies from the celeb world, with everybody from Hailey Bieber to Lizzo, Selena Gomez to Billie Eilish and beyond sharing their own shots. That in mind, it makes sense that Ash would get on board before long.

In case you, too, now feel an insatiable appetite for Ashley's skincare recommendations, you can check out her nighttime routine here.

NB: there's a bunch of spenny American products on that list, but don't lose hope. When delving into her favourites she also had good things to say about Bioderma Sensibio H2O, £12.50 for removing her makeup and, for her winter moisturiser, Weleda's Skin Food. Oh, and she loves 111Skin's face masks, naturally, which are available this side of the Atlantic, albeit a bit of an indulgence.
