ATOS : Buy-back program limited to 70,000 shares

Paris, February 22, 2018 - Atos SE hereby announces the implementation from February 22, 2018, of an irrevocable mandate with an independent financial services provider, for the purpose of buying back its shares up to a maximum of 70,000 shares until March 21, 2018, for a maximum purchase price of €170 per share in accordance with the 14th resolution approved by the Combined General Meeting of May 24, 2017. These shares will be delivered to beneficiaries of performance shares or share purchase plans.
