Yahoo Finance Bam Adebayo cleared for NBA Finals Game 4, Goran Dragic ruled out
The Miami Heat announced that Bam Adebayo has been cleared to play for Tuesday’s Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles. Lakers.
The Miami Heat All-Star center suffered a shoulder and neck strain in Game 1 and has not played since. The Lakers took a 2-0 lead as Adebayo and Goran Dragic missed time before Jimmy Butler propelled the Heat to a Game 3 win.
Dragic was ruled out after testing his injured foot during warmups.

The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported before the game that Dragic would warm up prior to Game 4 to test his pain tolerance. He suffered a complete tear of his plantar fascia in his left foot and does not risk further injury to the ligament. But the pain is apparently still too much for Dragic to be effective.
The Lakers won Games 1 and 2 in dominant fashion and opened up a big lead in Game 1 with Adebayo on the court. Butler did most of his offensive work in the paint in Game 3. Adebayo’s return will change that dynamic for Game 4 as the Heat look to tie the series at 2-2.
Adebayo has averaged 17.8 points, 10.9 rebounds and 4.6 assists through the playoffs and is a primary reason for Miami’s run to the Finals as a No. 5 seed. Dragic replaced rookie Kendrick Nunn in the starting lineup in the bubble and has thrived in the playoffs averaging 19.9 points, 4.6 assists and four rebounds.
